Best Tips to balance family & work
Hi friends!
I am a freelancer & I manage a company of 5 people. It is really hard & sometime even impossible to make a balance between your work & family. In past few years, I’ve managed this issue by following some important rules. I decided to share this with you because I believe family is also important along with your work & you deserve to spend quality time with your family every week.

1. Be Realistic
When you work in your office & you set different goals to chase, please only set realistic goals or else you will have to face disappointment. If you think you manage 1 client in a week with your busy schedule, then just take it & give full attention. This will give you a realistic approach when you will think of the results at the end of month & you will be able to get good time for your family.
2. Be Punctual
Being punctual will give you a timeline to follow. For example, If you are leaving office on different time everyday, fix it to one time sharp. When you are in office, don’t be panic just keep working with calm mode. You will be able to easily finish daily tasks & leave the table at 6pm sharp.
3. Use gadgets
Sometime you can even manage many stuff using technology. For example, You can use your smartphone for email, client dealing, skype chat etc while staying at home. Sort out the gadgets that will help you to manage some of the work from home.
4. Live by your values
Decide the limits to everything. Make a mind about how important your family is & give them full attention. If you are a late hours worker in office then it will also affect your own psyche & you will end up with a mess up between both family & work.
5. Ask for help
If you think you have too much work pressure & family is also expecting you at home, then ask your family to help you. Discuss with them about how important it is for you & make them realize that your hard work is for their comfort at home. This will make a more happy go lucky nature among the people in your family.
6. Stay Healthy
Staying healthy is top most important thing to keep a balance in your life. Eat healthy food & spend 1 hour of exerciser everyday. A healthy body & mind can be more productive in less time spent in office.
These few tips can help you to manage your life in more easy way. Your family is a precious gift of God so don’t let them feel boring on weekdays. Best of luck for your future life.
